Annual complaints report

NHS Warwickshire North Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) believes that good handling of complaints is one way in which we can help to improve the quality of services for our patients. Monitoring trends and patterns in complaints and concerns raised by patients about the organisation can facilitate early detection of systemic problems. Learning from complaints helps us to continually improve the services we commission and the experience for all our patients.
