Warwickshire's Drug and Alcohol Needs Assessment is currently being reviewed and updated to reflect the current and future needs and demands of our local drug and alcohol using population.
Working with colleagues across the county council, including Public Health, we are conducting a short consultation exercise to gather views from a wide range of stakeholders, including people with substance misuse problems, their families, service providers, practitioners and partners.
Four surveys have been developed (customer/families, providers, partners and practitioners) which will be distributed to stakeholders in order to gather a wide range of views. The information and emerging themes captured during this consultation will be used to inform the updated Drug and Alcohol Needs Assessment and reflect the needs of our customers and other stakeholders.
This consultation process is also being supported through our local commissioned service providers, Addaction, ESH Works, (User/Carer Involvement service) and Compass (who deliver our children and young persons’ service), who will be employing a range of engagement methods to consult with our customers and their families.
The consultation period starts from Friday 15 April and will finish on Friday 6 May 2016.
Please see below the hyper link to the survey we would like you to complete. Feel free to disseminate this email to anyone you know who is involved or has an interest in Substance Misuse, we would like to hear as many views as possible.
We look forward to hearing your views.
